MOA SIGNING SOLIDIFIES SPUP’S PARTNERSHIP WITH TRANSCEND LEARNING INSTITUTE IN DUBAI FOR OFFERING OF ETEEAP

Dubai-based Transcend Learning Institute and SPUP established a partnership for the offering of programs under the University’s Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP). The prospect students of the said academic venture are the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) in the Middle East, Europe and USA. The virtual signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was held on May 27, 2024 by Sr. Merceditas Ang, SPC (SPUP President) and Mr. Eduardo Villanueva (CEO, Transcend Learning Institute). Some officials of both institutions were also virtually present.
While, SPUP is a deputized institution of Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), its new international partner, Transcend Learning Institute dedicates itself to providing high-quality training and development programs for employees from various industries, equipping them with the tools they need to thrive in their careers.
